Integration with the rest of your world.
Ticket Trace was designed to work on an IBM Power/iSeries/AS/400 platform, having been programmed in the RPG/ILE language. It is a menu based system with all operational functions executed easily by menu item number from a single menu. Each programmed function is well documented with both technical and non-technical users in mind. File structures and fields within those files are well defined, allowing selected research into tickets on hand or sold by ticket name or type, sales by agent, sales by date, sales by employee, sales over a range of dates, and more. Ad hoc reporting via the system’s query tool can cover as broad of a range of reporting options as is needed by any user familiar with the system, including those already mentioned. Fixed reporting includes “Sales Summary by Date Range”, “Sales Summary for 2013-2020”, “Unpaid Tickets by Badge”, “Current On Hand by Loc”, and “On Hand/Order Point Analysis”.
Integrations with legacy systems, such as the in-house H.R. and Payroll modules are subject to discussions at introduction, and the capabilities of in-house I.T. developers.
