Organisation wide control of corporate ticket sales made easy.

Ticket Trace… A closed loop inventory control system that provides overall visibility/traceability of corporate ticket inventory, its receiving from vendors, transfers between locations, sales to employees, expirations, returns, and full month-end transaction accounting according to the following corporate assigned responsibilities:

  • Accounting has the responsibility of managing ticket Inventory receipts, input to the system, distribution to H.R., returns, and periodic audits and physical counts.
  • H.R. assumes responsibilities for all ticket inventory and its security, which includes
    1. a base inventory ‘Store’ location with up to three satellite points of sale,
    2. transfers of ticket inventory between locations,
    3. ticket sales, which not only includes proper ticket distribution to employees, but the generation of automatic deductions that are included in payroll processing,
    4. and the handling of returns of unsold and expired ticket inventory, as directed by Accounting.
  • Payroll manages the generated deductions to ensure that all employee ticket purchases are included in the next payroll process.
