Ticket Trace is a programmed application developed for those companies and corporations who may have, or wish to have, an in-house inventory of tickets to local entertainment for purchase by their employees, and a computerized system to manage it.

Additionally, it includes those expected asset control features that include ticket inventory management through shared responsibilities in Accounting, Human Resources, Payroll, and Information Technology.

The system’s capabilities allow each group to be assigned those tasks that provide for the best internal controls by adequately “tracing” the purchase of all tickets from vendors; efficiently entering them into the system with minimum keying; transferring any quantity from one sales location to another; recording employee purchases with associated invoices that are later included as deductions in the next payroll; plus the monitoring of order points/order quantities, on hand status, expirations, and total transaction history at month end-–-a complete closed-loop system.
